MSI sponsored 20 computers for Chung Yuan Christian University Volunteer Team to assist Cambodia to reduce the digital divide.

August 2009, a volunteer team from Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) which is going to Cambodia, was received a gift from MSI technology. MSI technology donated 20 computers to the “Endless love of Cambodia charity” program.

This program tries to help Cambodia government to build up more computer classrooms and help them to reduce the digital divide. Donation ceremony was held on 5th August in Chung Yuan Christian University. It’s a good cooperation paragon between enterprise and schools.

The CYCU volunteer team is also going to provide their IT and arts training course for the Wat Bo Primary School at a remote area in Cambodia. They will provide different courses for teachers, and help them become the first school which has integrated computer education environment in Siem Reap.

There are 4000 students and teachers in Wat Bo Primary School. After MSI technology sponsors this program, the local children have more opportunities to access computers.
